We were really excited to purchase from Green Valley Nursery & support a local business but it’s now turned into a disappointing situation. Less than two months ago, we purchased three trees, including two Blue Atlas cedars, and spent several hundred dollars. We planted them exactly as the Green Valley employees instructed and followed every care recommendation we were given. We watered them as directed, adjusted watering when advised, even covered them during heavy rains, and did everything we were told to give them the best chance to thrive. Despite all of that, both Blue Atlas cedars were completely dead before we had even owned them for two months. When we called to see if there was any warranty, replacement option, or even advice on what to do next, the response we received was simply, “Sorry for your loss”. We understand that plants and trees can sometimes fail, but when customers follow every instruction provided and lose two trees in less than two months, it’s disappointing to receive no support or solution. We chose Green Valley because of their reputation and because we wanted to support a local business, so this experience was especially frustrating.

My wife and I searched everywhere for a purple rose bush. Green Valley caught wind of it and set one aside for us the day they arrived! Thank you guys so mich! That's service!

Green Valley Nursery is amazing! They are very knowledgeable. They don't mind answering questions for amateurs! Their prices are extremely competitive and much better than anywhere else I have called. I highly recommend you give them a shot at your landscaping needs.

We stopped to look@ shrubs& met Juan who was very helpful & knowledgeable. We were able to talk to the owner, Jerad to inquire further& he was able to advise us on our landscaping needs. He came to our property& sent us a digital diagram of what our beds would look like. He showed up on time, as well. We met with him in person to pick out our materials & shrubs. I am a visual person so I was able to see what Jerad recommended for us. He was kind, patient& very accommodating with our changes. From meeting his manager who has been with Green Valley for 22 years to the installation of Colorado River Rock, mulch, various shrubs we are highly recommending this company Five Stars out of Five stars. Great selection of plants, trees, soils, and more. Service is usually really quick, Saturdays can be busy of course since they are not open on Sundays. I've been using the triple mix soil for my raised beds this year and so far the plants are happy and healthy.
